Merry Christmas Everyone!!!

With the Christmas tree up, the holiday music playing, and yummies baking in the oven, the feeling of Christmas was in the air. But the most special part of this time was watching "the Nativity Story" movie and just being in AWE of what God did for us almost 2000 years ago. Just to stop and think of His Amazing gift to us fills us with a deep sense of gratitude and joy.
We spent this Christmas going to Christmas events at the Elementary school, passing out cookies as a gift to Taiwanese with a message of Isaiah 9:6 (in quotes below), having some surfer friends over for a Christmas Eve meal, going to our awesome church in Dan Hai, who've become like our family, and then having a Christmas dinner with some YWAM friends. It was overall an awesome time celebrating our Lord. We miss our family and friends who are all over the world, but its so great to know we can be celebrating Him at the same time!!

"For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called, Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace."

Giving: We are Full-Time Missionaries with YWAM Taipei. If God moves in your heart to give, directions on how to give as well as some of our specific needs are listed below the Donate button.

Sending an outreach Team: Please email us if your church is interested in sending an outreach team here. We can connect you to our outreach department.

Specific Needs

Ministry:
- Conferences: Every year, we attend a couple conferences for YWAM Taipei and Christian Surfers International. With travel and conference fees, it averages to about $500-700/yr.

Personal:
- Kid's education: About $400 a month is needed to cover Kaiya and Jayden's monthly school fees.
- Transportation: Eliah's moped is on it's last leg. We would like to raise about $1900 to get one that will last.

Direction on how to give: If giving towards one of the needs listed above, please email us (chonohana@gmail.com) the amount you are giving and specifically what it’s for.

If paying by check, it is tax-deductable and can be made out to "YWAM". Then on a separate note, put our account number “3639” and/or our names. (Please do not put our names or our number anywhere on the check in order for it to be processed) The check can be mailed to: YWAM, 501 Blacktail Rd, Lakeside, MT, 59922.
