On Dec 9th we celebrated our 3rd year anniversary and 2 days later we celebrated Eliah turning 30. Because of our plans to take a small vacation back to the states did not work out, we decided to have a weekend getaway here in Taiwan. We went to a hot springs hotel in Yilan County, which is located right outside of Taipei. It was only 1 1/2 hr drive, but it was far enough to make us feel like we were far from home. We celebrated with good local Taiwanese seafood, some surfing, and a good soak in some hot springs water. During this time we also reflected on what God did this past year...which was A LOT! A car, a home, and the CUTEST baby ever! We praise you Lord, not just for what you've done in our lives, but for who YOU ARE!!!
