Chris has been teaching English at our church in Jinshan, called the Bread of Life Church. And last Monday was the last day of our English class that we started in March. Each semester is 2 months and the classes are twice a week in the evenings. Since this was our very first semester, we didn't expect there to be too many students, but thank God, we actually started with about 15 students and ended the semester with almost 25 students coming!
We are so thankful for this opportunity to serve the community and to meet more locals. Thanks to our connection with the Bread of Life church, we have a place to have these classes and have the opportunity to share about Jesus and when we aren't sharing with words, sharing with our hands and feet, and well in this case, our English tongue!
The next semester started April 30th, so lets pray even more people will join!
